Because our products are natural powders packed for freshness and safe handling, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, incorrectly delivered, or has a packaging issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@originity.store. Kindly include your order details and clear photos of the package so we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.

Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
• Change of mind after placing an order
• Individual preference or expectations after delivery
• Products that have been opened or used
• Delays caused by courier partners once shipped

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
